I Have Terrible News….

Hi everyone, I have terrible news to share with all of you. It’s so terrible, I am actually kinda scared to announce this, only because I fear the lynch mob, so please don’t rise up in hatred against me… please…

So, this week has been quite a week. We left Sunday morning to make our way from Salt Lake to Nashville for the UtopYA conference. While driving everything seemed to fall apart. Editor was late, miscommunications with PA. It put me probably two days behind my schedule. Yes, two days.

I have spent the last two sleepless nights, wide awake and while I furiously tried to catch up. But last night, when my head was lolling to the side, and my eyesight was doubling I realized something. I am risking the quality of this book in an attempt to get it to you on time.

And I am not okay with that.

So, I am slowing down, calming down, and pushing the official release date of Scorched Treachery back by two days. Now, don’t freak. It’s only two days. A small move from July 10th to the 12th, making the release date a Friday, and giving me that chance to make this book amazing!! Now, as I said, I am changing the official date so if, by chance, it is ready on the 10th I will still release the book on that day. But as of right now the date has been changed and you can guarantee that this book will be in your hands by July 12th at the latest. It WILL be ready by then, no questions asked.

It needs to be done, and will be soooo worth it. I promise.

In fact, I just sent it to it’s second editor today (yes, second) so hopefully those editing problems that Eyes of Ember had will not occur in Scorched Treachery.

And, to make up for it I will be releasing special content on the 10th as well as giving away three ARC copies!!

Now, if you want to know the EXACT moment Scorched Treachery will be live on Amazon and Barnes and Noble there are a few things you can do.

First, make sure you are following me on both Facebook and twitter. Once that is done, then join the release day party on Facebook – the moment the books go live we will start posting like crazy – AND start holding contests. Finally, subscribe to my mailing lists, once again when the books are live we will send out a mass email to alert you.

And don’t worry, I’ll send all the info out, even if the book posts early.
