But what can I say, I’ve been busy. Between full time work, late night homework with my 1st grader, trying to pass my Math class, and altogether surviving and being a mom I am a little beat out.. and tired. Oh dear have I been so tired.
In fact last Saturday night I didn’t even sleep. Not one wink, my mind just couldn’t shut off. But not in the good ‘look at all this work I am getting done way’ in the ‘I am just sick enough not to sleep but too sick to do something’ way.
It sucked.
But while I was unable to think, I was able to think (which alas, was part of the problem) which means that Joclyn, Ryland, Ilyan, Wyn, Talon, Kadynce, Colin, and a million other characters that are stuck in my head went on great adventures.
Which kind of made it all worth it….
It all started with a birthday present: a little book I wrote for my grandfather, helped along by a little bit of performing experience and a whole lot of love. It has since evolved. Get to know the woman behind the words.
