I promised myself I wouldn’t post anything about the ‘last’ repetitive day. But then I kind of had to… I mean poor 12/31/23 feels left out. I would totally make my daughter get married on 12/31/23 but she would only be 17 – she won’t even be allowed to date then! 😉
I jest
But there are a lot of really awesome things that are supposed to happen today.
You can get a free breakfast biscuit at chick-fil-a
There are lots of really cool concerts happening, including the big one for Sandy relief (I have my editing music for tonight).
There are probably about a bazillion weddings happening all over the day, and the birth of some poor kids who will inevitably be named ‘twelve’.
And according to a google image search Mt. Shasta is supposed to erupt and welcome in a golden age.
Oh and that calendar thing that says the world is going to end… that’s happens today to.. right? No. Bummer.
Well, anyway, happy sound check day and feel free to ignore my sleep deprived ramblings.

It all started with a birthday present: a little book I wrote for my grandfather, helped along by a little bit of performing experience and a whole lot of love. It has since evolved. Get to know the woman behind the words.
