Yes, I know I am a bit late to this post – but it’s only 18 days into January – so it could be worse – it could be July. Which I think it might have been when I did this post last year.

It has been a crazy couple of years for me, and I feel so much more on top of thing this year than I did last year, and definitely more than I did the year before that. It’s so crazy how much things can change, and even more so how fast time moves when you are living surrounded by a ball of stress.

But I am glad to say that the stress is ebbing, either that or I am just getting better at coping with it. Chances are high it’s actually a combination of the two – either that or I’m going crazy.

One way or the other, things are looking up, and now that Imdalind is done and all that heavy weight that had attached to it is gone – I am feeling so much freer – and the words are flowing.

I think that’s the best part of this post – that the words are flowing and I can actually cast publishing goals with the hope – no, with the knowledge – that I will actually meet them. That, to me, is exciting! To be able to be back in the game, to do amazing things, and create beautiful books again.

Yes, it is that exciting. So without further ado… I present “What’s coming in 2017!”

First, I am finishing Through Glass. I feel pretty darn awful that it has taken me so long to get this series to it’s end. You see, way back in 2013 I had this thought that I needed to publish more than one series at a time. Imdalind was winding up (I had just finished Soul of Flame at the time) and I was in a little bit of a rut as far as writing it, so it was nice to focus on something else. Little did I know what life had in store for me, and that it would, in actually, be several years before it was completed – leaving poor Through Glass sitting forgotten in a corner.

Until this year, when I am finishing it up. The first nine episodes (recut into three books) have been reedited and cleaned up, with the last re-release this month. Next month new volumes will be released, with new ones coming out each month, finally culminating in a spectacular ending this summer.

In addition to Through Glass finally making it’s debut, I am also going to be writing  a side story to compliment it. Featuring Owen, the leader of Blood Rose, these short stories will appear in a weekly digest on WattPad, and give readers another view of this amazing story. If you don’t follow me on WattPad, please do – you don’t want to miss a minute of this.

In a few months once Through Glass is nearing it’s end I will not only be moving into starting River and Raynn back up, but dabbling in another short sweet serial that has something to do with dragons. 😉

All of that and a small pepper of a middle grade series entitled “The Lost Keydom” that I will be written and published this year for my children and it’s going to be a VERY busy year.

VERY busy.

So, to wrap up: Through Glass will be finishing with some added bonuses on the side, River and Raynn will be returning, A Dragon will be making his appearance, and two little girls are going to go on adventure to find their castle after it was sucked into oblivion.

Like I said, it’s going to be a very busy year.
